She competed for Under
Ten Bharatanatyam dance in March 2002 and won first prize for Bharatanatyam
and was also awarded the overall Junior Shield.

She got the award
for a solo dance performance, Valachi Jattiswaram in 2002.
"Sampoorna Sangeet
Mela"
Music Festival held
in London in March 2003 awarded her First Prize for Bharatnatyam in the
Junior category.

Second year running
at the Croydon Music Festival held in May 2003 in London, she was adjudged
"Outstanding Bharatanatyam Junior Solo" and was also given the overall
Junior Cup at that event.

She was awarded Distinction
Certificate for her solo performance at Croydon Music Festival held in
June 2007 in London.
At the same event,
she was declared the overall winner for the Bharathanatyam performances.

Young Performers Award"
She won the prize
for her stunning solo Bharathanatyam performance at the Wandsworth Young
Performers event.
