This is an offering of expressive dance and mime. Specially written for a young danseuse by Kalpakasundari, the piece celebrates the advent of life - in early stages of creation - babyhood, then the pleasures of being a toddler, the excitement of discovering and learning, experiencing friendship and love through relationships with parents and friends, and fulfilling ones creative and spiritual potential. This is set to the musical form of Varnam with expressive sections interspersed with passages of nritta.
